The childbirth hypnosis training program is designed to enhance expecting mothers’ psychological processes that play a very significant role in the labor process. In this program, not only will you learn to look at “labor pain” from another perspective, but also how to manage your physical sensations effectively. We will replace “fear” with excitement and enhance the intimate bond within your family!

Who should join?
It is recommended that you take this course sometime between months 6-7 of your pregnancy. If you are closer to your labor, please inquire to learn about other options.
This program is perfect for mothers who; have a significant fear of labor pain, have fear of medical environments, conditioned to expect negative results in medical environments, mothers who have had previous traumatic childbirth experiences, and/or mothers who desire to have a comfortable and calm birthing experience.

Myths and misconceptions about labor
Discussion of any fears mothers may have in relation to the labor experience. (Ex. Negative stories from friends and family, old experiences)
Releasing negative emotions and fears around labor
Your body and how it’s designed to have labor naturally
Recognize the pleasant sensations
Your birth: Creating your ideal birth experience – the way the mother imagines, desires!
Create a birth plan with step by step details

Week 2: Manage your body effectively
Hypno-anesthesia and deepening techniques
Self-hypnosis and how to practice at home
